Fabric Non Slip Hip Resistance Bands and BootyHIIT Butt Workout Set by BTX Fifteen, Set of 3 Bands, 6 Week Program and Superfood Guide Included

Strong, sturdy bands but feel a bit mislead. I thought the 3 bands would be 3 different resistances, which is the case with all other band sets I’ve ever seen/owned/used. This listing presents their band set to be 3 “levels” which turns out to mean they are each just a bit longer/shorter than the next but are all the same resistance, which is not helpful at all. An important part of resistance band training is to feel resistance in both the contraction and return, but in the case of these, you do not get much on the return because they snap back to their original length without giving much range of motion. All three have the same limited range of motion just shorter or wider, so you really just end up using one band for everything (the one that fits), which is useless. They should make that clear in the description and probably just sell each size individually instead. Still giving stars for the nice colors and though im annoyed that I can only use one, at least I can count on it to be firm and not roll up on my legs.

Stop wasting your time on those rubber cheap bands. I am currently doing 80-day obsession with Beachbody and she uses the resistance bands a lot. I was so frustrated with the ones I had. They tore, the rolled and they were just plain frustrating. These are excellent and comfortable. The only thing that is a bummer is you can't really use them for your ankles. These are worth the money.

Just got these in and used them immediately at the gym. I’m used to stacking both heavy and medium latex bands to do fire hydrants, kickbacks and glute activation before leg day but they always rolled up on me. These are AWESOME. Not only is the resistance 10x better with these, but they’re solid and didn’t bunch or roll up. I felt the burn after one set and im sure tomorrow I’ll be sore. One of my favorite gym purchases so far and have 2 friends ordering tonight after showing them how awesome these are!!!

These bands are an absolute MUST for any fitness enthusiast! They are sturdy, and they work! I also love the colors. I will be telling all my friends about these bands. I won’t buy any other brand. These are for real and I’m so glad I found them!!!

I encountered a problem with the transaction and emailed the Lane Retail Group customer service. I notified them of the issue and they fixed the problem right away. Their customer service person, Angela, was awesome! She was very responsive and followed up with me until the issue was resolved.After using different rubber and poorly made (ie cheap) hip bands, I could say this is by far the best hip bands Ive used. First, let's talk about them colors! PASTELS? Yes! They look so cute and girly while being tough. Perfect Combo. I just wanted to clarify the other reviews about the hip band lengths. The lengths do coincide with resistance. The longer the band the less resistance you'll feel while doing jump squats. The purple band (least resistant) are great for adding side glutes resistance to heavy weighted sumo squats. I use the teal band for hip trust (mid resistant). I cant wait to get stronger with these bands and move on to the pink one. #goals.I just wanted to thank the customer service for being so responsive and actually caring about their customers.

These are that product!I have read reviews on the smell—this is not something I had an issue with at all. The fabric smells like new clothes that come from a big box retailer. I expect that more I use them, the less I will notice that. It is definitely not something I noticed and it definitely doesn’t impede my ability to use them.

I was using the rubber loops and they were constantly rolling up. Nothing is more annoying when you are doing a workout move and the rubber bands roll up your leg and have to stop to fix or push through. I was happy to find these fabric hip bands. They are great quality and don't have a smell that some people were saying from other brands. There are 3 sizes (S,M,L). So far I have only used the small for hip thrusts and they are just the right amount of resistance. I would probably use the M, if I wanted to do donkey kick backs and the L for lateral lifts. All in all, pleased with the purchase.

Hands down the cutest booty bands on the market. I can really feel the resistance in my glutes, hips, hammies, for days! They have grip strips inside so it won't slide or fall. You don't have to worry about them rolling like rubber ones. It comes with a mesh pouch you can carry all three in. There is a two year warranty which is extremely easy to register for. People have come up to me complimenting them and asking where I bought them. These are my very first booty bands and one of my favorite buys. They're also designed in the USA so you know you're getting a well made product. The material is thick, construction is durable, and the fabric material is great quality. You can also wash and hang these out to dry! I love them.
