Customer Service Resolved the inability to disable hitbox mode switching
Great device, but one big issue.There are several mode switch hotkeys which scramble your keybinding. If you accidentally press select and A,B, or X, this enables hitbox modes which switches it to different preset bindings. If you play a game which requires quick use of the select key (such as Super Metroid), then you are going to accidentally enter this mode frequently.Without a way to disable this, this thing is pretty heavily handicapped.Edit: The customer service gave me a patch with a couple days of me emailing them about the issue. Great customer service!
