Our family is so grateful that we could do our daughter's textbook shopping online versus fighting the crowds at the campus bookstore. We just prefer to purchase new books and Amazon has them in book form and online access. You have to option to purchase new, used, or rent on Kindle. You can customize your textbook experience. The prices are reasonable and the selection is huge. We have always received just what we ordered. They had all of her required books and none were backordered.

Great book but bad quality of a paper

Needed it for a class and although its not in the best shape I was warned about that so I can't complain

I bought it new, but obviously received a used copy (or somehow it became incredibly worn). The book is somewhat interesting, a fast read. I had to buy it for a class.

A little bit disorganized with the ideas but it made sense overall!

Wow! I will never think about art in the same way! This is a quick read but deep thoughts. The author basically took her power point presentation and added text. What starts out as an interesting premise becomes more and more curious. What is ART? Skill? Communication? It's a great read for anyone.

It was in great condition

Brings to fore an evaluation of art as it exists today rather than how the subject was thought of years ago. Refreshing, knowledgable.

This book is an eye opener, mostly pictures with some text, gives an easy to read introduction to what is sometimes a very overly wordy subject. A must buy for all art students!!!!
