How comfortable is it? Is it snug around the neck?

It’s very comfortable but could be more snug. I have a small neck & the velcro enclosure didn’t allow for a tighter fit

I have a 16.5 inch neck. Will this fit me? Or, will I feel like I am being choked?

Takes 6-8 hours to get Cold again in a freezer

This only comes in black?? using it outside, i would think you would have white, this would burn up in 5 minutes in FL sun
