Will this fit a 46 L suit?

It will fit the suit. Half of item received were defective

I wouldn't recommend putting them in the washer machine but you can wipe them down with a laundry spot cleaner and this will help keep them clean this is what I use on my bags

I purchased the turquoise in the 60 inch size. Is there anyway I can purchase a turquoise in the 43 inch size?

HiThis is Rechal from Kimbora Service!Thank you for purchasing from brand !Unfortunately, we don't have a 43inch turquoise suit cover. We will launch a 43inch coffee suit cover in November. Maybe you can try ithave a great daySincerely,Rachel

Are these bags Moth proof?

I'm not a expert on these answers but I can say that they are good for your garments and I haven't had any problem with Moths.
