THESE ARE NOT CLIMBING CARABINERS! Those are very heavy and thicker. These are for household and sports uses like key holders and hanging gear and tools. They appear to be of okay quality (gates aren't very strong or perfectly aligned), but no one's life is dependent on them and at this price point they are good enough. I use them in my business to make keychains, and they work great.

Perfect little carabiner. I put it on my keychain and I hook it to my jeans at rest areas. I haven't misplaced my keys since. I've given them to every family member. They got to pick what color they wanted. Now we all have them on our keychains.

For the price they are good. They are a bit flimsy and the closure likes to slip and go on the wrong side allowing things to slip off. They are the correct size and really you get what you pay for.

I prefer carbiners for all my keys so I can loop them on my belt or purse. These are perfect and I was able to color code for the 5 vehicles in my household. So far they have not broken after about 2 months of use, although others I've owned don't usually break for a couple of years either. I love the size as they are not too chunky or big big enough to hook onto the places I need as well as thin enough to hang on the hooks we installed to hold our keys without taking up the whole hook, so I can hang both sets of keys by the carabiner on one hook. There are a ton of them so I've been able to give them away to anyone who wants and still have plenty left. They are a great value for the money in that regard. I shouldn't need to buy anymore for the rest of my life! lol

I got these to use with my keys so I don't need to lug around all the non-essential spare keys when I leave my car. Works great for that. Nice & lightweight. Just don't expect the outer color to last forever. Given the daily use, it's not surprising to see the shine/color scratch & wear off, but there's a TON of these in a nice affordable baggie, so just replace it, if it matters!!

Good value

The springs stay strong and the clasp will stay closed. These can be used for a long time. Wonderful function and great assistance for holding sets of something together (keys, measuring cups, etc)

I guess you get what you pay for. Getting 32 clips for $7.99 seemed like a steal. And, well, it is, if your expectations are low. These little guys are very small and flimsy. If they hold more than a few ounces, I’d be surprised. Definitely not for hanging off a cliff, scaling a mountain, or, you know, doing anything remotely serious. Good for maybe keychains, organizing cords, or as tiny conversation starters about why you shouldn’t buy cheap carabiners.
