I've had a couple before and wanted/needed a large one for special occasions. You can use gas, electric and oven to cook in these pots. The larger ones are quite heavy-the one drawback. When filled they can get difficult to put in and pull out of the oven. Aside from that they are great. Clean up easily and i know if you care for them (no harsh treatment) they can last over 42 years. I bought the style that can take a hotter over just in case but mostly I use this for low heat over several hours. Color, size all as described.
