Nice, inexpensive pouch.
Bought this to create a first aid kit on my pack. Pattern matched my MARPAT pack. Has a kind of MOLLE attachment but not a mil-spec / complete type. Has two MOLLE straps, but instead of having bands to weave through, it has two metal rings. Still secures to a MOLLE pack, but is kind of loose. I actually like it that way; it enables detachment fairly easy. It has a fabric outer layer and a plastic coated inner layer. Material wasn't mil-grade and you can see a few pinholes where the thread was sewn through (holding it up to the light). I would expect it to be water resistant vs. waterproof.Zippers are jingly; they have a musical sound--might want to take some time to either replace the pull on zipper with Paracord or coat it with something. Pack also has a belt for alternate carry allowing for around waist or over the shoulder. It also could be attached to a regular belt.Pack holds a large "Adventure" bighorn medical kit, a small "Trauma Pack with QuikClot"; emergency blankets, and assorted scissors, tweezers, and scalpels. Internal pockets have plenty of room and have dividers. Has two small outside pockets. Outside has plenty of straps where you could attach something or stick something through, such as a small flashlight or scissors.I would highly recommend for anyone wanting a simple, inexpensive pack.

rugged
The shoulder/waist strap connections seem cheap but doesnt matter it can always be fixed. The bag is rugged and tuff. My four year old used it for a while and it held up to abuse big time and still looks brand new

I bought a Maxpedition years ago and thought that it what I was buying. This bag is an improved version of that and I was pleasantly surprised. It is every bit as well made, less expensive and the shoulder strap (detachable) made it worth 5 stars.
