The media could not be loaded.  Ok SO, I purchased this a little over a year ago and this costume has IMPACTED my LIFE! First of all, SPEEDY SHIPPING! I got my suit in 4 days! SECOND, the DAY I got it, I did juju on that beat, and I made FRIENDS! THIRD, I have FANS and they call me SharkLIT. I know what you’re thinking, $50 for a shark suit? Well, let me just tell you that it is WORTH it!

My son and I volunteer at our local aquarium. This costume was used for a special public event there. He was definitely the hit of the party and MANY visitors wanted to take photos with him. We did use suggestions from other reviews and put a small inflated balloon in the nose to keep his eyes aligned with the mouth opening. We also added black mesh over the mouth opening because he didn’t want his face to look so obvious. Warning: it is HOT in this costume.

Fabulous!Wonderful value for the price.Thickness was spot on in my opinion. I was concerned it might be too thick as I planned on wearing in Texas at the end of June. Perfect weight!I loved: slits in fins so you can put your hands out when needed and the slip on shoe covers which make it appear seamless from the pant leg down ( mind you, no-one is looking at your feet).Recommendation(s): Install a piece of flexible plastic in the back fin so it will stand out instead of laying down. Include a black mesh face covering. ( I purchased a piece on amazon and used safety pins to close the sides. Worked perfect! No one could see it was me through the mouth.)

I don’t know why the other reviewers gushed about this being a well made costume. It got some good laughs and attention but I have to say, it is very poorly constructed. Seams and ties were sewn crooked and off center, and some threads snapped with the most gentle adjustment of the head piece, which seems not very smartly designed as a sort of internal hat that’s made of a giant diaper you have to keep pushing back up. The head was all creased in strange areas from packing, and easily droops over but I fixed that pretty easily by stuffing it full of packing peanuts. Lastly, it really needs a fly so you can go to the bathroom without taking the whole thing off which requires someone to unzip you from the back.Bottom line: while cute I think you can do a lot better for a $50 costume.

This CRACKS ME UP. I'm 5'7", 155lbs and it fits-- I have to duck a little to get into it and the legs are a little short. Otherwise, it's hilariously awesome. Plus there are hand-holes, so it's party-friendly! We don't regret this purchase at all!

Alright guys im here for my Honest reviewI go to nova southeastern university in which our own mascot is a damn shark, so you KNOW i saw this and immediately awaited my first paycheck for it. Let me tell you this costume will literally make anyones day with it as i did countless videos with it. Now here are the pros and cons of this costumePROS:-Its hilarious-you get complimented-its fun-if youre cold this will warm you up easily-Kinda hooded so if you need to breathe you can just use the moutu as a hood- the hand things are amazing, have saved me a lot of trouble- Hat also helps a buncha-Its fun to be in honestlyCONS--The thing is basically made out of 2 pieces of fabric, the worst glue known to man, and probably a 50 year old twine. If you dont take care of it, it will break-If you wear it for long hours (like i have) jointed areas like armpits and pants will start to clump up, so be very careful-I live in gods waiting room florida, and jesus it was hot in the bright fall of October 31st. I was SWEATING everything off.- I cant see sometimes when i walk around, im like 5'2 and it gets hard-Youll need a person to help you out if you need to zip up..... oh and dont even get me STARTED on going to the bathroomSo overall, good for short term stuff annualy but if youre me and youre almost gonna wear it to every college event and outshine your own mascot then it might not be a good find

I am 5' nothing and about 160lbs, an umpa lumpa, if you will. I knew there was no way the teen size would be big enough for my large stomach. the M/L fit as expected though. It was too long, as I am short, but seemed fine for my weight. I could not easily see out the hole, but again being short, that was expected. It is well made and quality material. For winter time, it is great because it is super warm. In fact, I was sweating. I did not attempt to wear the feet because I would not have been able to walk, but again, that seems like common sense when buying a mascot type costume. I 100% recommend this to anyone.

It's ok, definitely not worth the money. It came squished in a box. Full of wrinkles no way to straighten the mouth and head. The footies that come with it, look water damaged or something on bottom. Gotta love China! Ugh.Update sent pics in for a full refund looks like costume was worn and thrown in a box. Then shipped it to me... The item is unappealing to the eye. It should be wrapped like a 50.00 purchase. Not a garage sale purchase! Angry!~

My daughter wanted this as a prom dress (!) and after the Corona year they had I stupidly promised she could wear whatever she wanted, never thinking she wanted to wear a shark outfit! The teenage size fits a 17 year old and 165 cm tall girl. Anything taller: buy adult sizes. Does not appear to be to warm but she haven't had her prom yet so we'll see..

This is not the best quality ( maybe it’s a one off) was quite expensive and it’s really not on that the stitching is loose, the zip zips off the other side, my autistic son had a melt down because of the zip he couldn’t get it off it needed putting back on one end! As soon as it arrived and he put it on we noticed this! I personally will not be purchasing anything off this seller again!

Bought this in a hurry, as wanted a good shark costume fast at a low price, so this was my choice. Quite happy with it as a statement costume, definitely gets a laugh, and the sizing was okay, if a little tight (I'm a 5"4 slim female, so had to get 'teen' size, as I thought that medium/large would drown me).When it came, some of the detailing was a bit poorer than I expected for the money I paid, however, nothing a regular sewing kit couldn't handle. Still not sure it was worth the amount I paid, but that being said, it is fun to wear and does bring a smile to people's faces.

head bit in the head fits me kinda alright and is super the right size for me any small then i would not fit it was just a perfect fit now this suit would need two people as shutting it yourself is hard in this even tho for me i found a way to do it all by myself the feet cover was a little bit bad and i shall be fixing that by putting something to keep it in shape but yes that all i need to modify with this its just a great costume

This costume is the best internet purchase I've ever made! So funny and fits really well! The quality it pretty good also. I'm a 5'7'' size 14 girl and the standard size is quite big but not stupidly so. I'm so happy the fins have hand holes in them because it's a struggle to be dexterous without individual digits! Very excited to try this costume out :D
