Split while retrieving disc from bushes.
Had used this for a couple years, very on and off, maybe like 20 times total. Had to try and get a disc out of some thorns and it split so easily while pulling on the disc. Maybe my expectations are too high, but this was a very disappointing end.

Works for things other than frisbees too.
Works great, even for getting a birds nest out of the gutter!

He loves it
Bought this with some other disc golf things for my other half. This works really well for the design. Would love to see one like this with a little grabber on it!

If you’re an avid disc golfer, you know how frustrating it can be when a disc lands in a tricky spot. The LQLMCOS Disc Golf Retriever Pole is designed to solve that problem. Here’s my detailed review:Efficient Design and BuildThe LQLMCOS Disc Golf Retriever Pole boasts a solid construction and a thoughtful design. Made with durable materials, it feels robust and capable of withstanding regular use. The telescoping feature is smooth, allowing you to extend and retract the pole with ease.Telescoping ReachThis retriever pole can expand to either 10 or 16 feet, giving you plenty of reach to retrieve discs from difficult spots, whether it’s stuck in a tree or landed in water. The length is a significant advantage, making it versatile for various course challenges.Easy to Use HookThe hook at the end of the pole is designed to grab onto your disc securely. It’s well-shaped and makes it relatively easy to hook onto a disc, even when it’s in a tricky position. This feature alone can save you a lot of frustration and lost discs.Portability and ConvenienceWhen collapsed, the pole is compact and easy to carry. It fits comfortably in a disc golf bag or can be carried separately without being cumbersome. This portability is a huge plus, as it doesn’t add much weight or bulk to your gear.Value for MoneyConsidering its functionality and build quality, the LQLMCOS Disc Golf Retriever Pole offers excellent value for money. It’s a small investment that can save you from losing expensive discs and improve your overall game experience.A Few ConsiderationsWhile the retriever pole performs well, there are a few minor considerations. The hook mechanism works best with standard-sized discs and might require some finesse with smaller or uniquely shaped discs. Additionally, while the pole is sturdy, extending it to the full 16 feet can make it a bit wobbly, so a steady hand is needed.Final ThoughtsThe LQLMCOS Disc Golf Retriever Pole is a must-have accessory for any serious disc golfer. Its efficient design, telescoping reach, and portability make it an invaluable tool on the course. With this retriever pole, you can save time, frustration, and money by easily retrieving your discs from challenging spots. If you often find yourself fishing discs out of trees or water hazards, this retriever pole is definitely worth adding to your disc golf toolkit.

Very useful
Very well made. My husband loves it and looking forward to using it next time his frisbee gets caught up in a tree. lolIt even came in handy to get a dead branch hanging in our tree after a wind storm. 😊

Why pay 40-60 +$?
More than good enough. I sprayed it with silicone spray for water repellant and never use the small end, opening it with the thicker ends towards the handle. It's saved me 4 disc's and helped me find one deep in a creek. Ordered another for a gift.

Head fell off after first use in the water
Pulling the disk out of the water and the head popped off, it wasn't that it unscrewed it's that the connector to the post isn't good. It would only take a simple quality test to make this an amazing product but at it's current state it's not worth a penny. If you buy it figure out a way to make sure the heat can't move, it's barely pinched on.
