this is an awesome android tv box. very easy to set up and works very well. i have owned several of these and this one is at the top of the list. it is a bargain at the price it sells for. you can spend a lot more money but won't get a better performing device. it is very fast(196 mbs) and the remote control is the most responsive i have used on one of these android boxes. it took about an hour to set it up with the apps i use. you can watch hundreds of movies for free with this box or watch all kinds of live tv with an iptv and it operates flawlessly with little to no buffering. it is very easy to customize to your liking. unlike the firestifk, it does not come with a bunch of apps you dont want and it is very simple to install and uninstall apps you want or want to get rid of. it has plenty of storarge. you can't go wrong by buying this box.

I dislike the quality never got a chance to use the 2nd remote device awful product I every bought from them no way to send it back for a refund. Very disappointed n dissatisfied.

I bought 3x and 1 of them the keypad came defective. For the rest very happy with it.

Product was shipped on time and the applications of the product in good working order as expected.

This box is great for the sale price ($32)...IF you don't mind: doing a manual update & flimsy, cheap remotes (no mute button on small remote & light up, keyboard remote has NO rechargeable battery, you have to use AAA batteries.)1. You will have to manually update this box to Android 11 if you want to use Netflix, Peacock or Pluto tv (probably others!!). 😒 Not a deal breaker for me, but it's annoying for sure that Netflix and Peacock don't work! I'm sure some people won't want to mess with a manual update, so be aware these apps will not work without updating. It's not terribly difficult to update, there are videos on YouTube; but I understand not wanting to have to do this.2. There's no mute button on the small remote & the keyboard remote is not great..... BUT, the buttons and mouse option work well. The remote feels light and kind of cheap, but better than all the other light up, keyboard remotes I've had. (More on the keyboard remote below.)3. The keyboard remote, while very cool has NO RECHARGEABLE BATTERY?!? 😒I've had several of these remotes over the years and they ALWAYS have a rechargeable battery! It does take AAA batteries. Ok, fine. I have loads of those, rechargeable & not. Super strange it doesn't have a rechargeable battery, since it has a port for a charging cable!! 🙄 😒Again weird and annoying, but not a deal breaker.....UNTIL, after an HOUR OF USE the keyboard remote flashed and DIED!! I tried several different types of AAA batteries (rechargeable & not) and nothing. It just died & that's that. 😒🤬I contacted Amazon and was sent a replacement (tv box and all). Again, no rechargeable battery! Great. 🙄I have little hope this keyboard remote will last a week...(And no, the useless charging port does not charge the rechargeable AAA batteries I put in.) If you don't want a remote that's going to die & only takes AAA batteries, or to have to figure out how to do a manual update (it's pretty easy, check YouTube), and if you love your mute button, then avoid this box!If all that's not a big deal, then this box works well and I expect it will be even better after I updated it to Android 11.As it is, without updating, apps like Tubi, Zumo, YouTube, TeaTv, Cinema and all the other apps I've tried, seem to work well with little to no buffering. Everything is running quickly and smoothly. For $30, I'm ok with it, as it is in my bedroom and not my main streaming box. My big complaint is the keyboard remote (and no Netflix or Peacock without a manual update). I just wish these lighted keyboard remotes would last more than a few hours, days or months.Also, I wanted to add that I have the newer (Android 11) version of this box with more storage and it's awesome! It was totally worth the money! (It didn't come with a keyboard remote, but the regular remote is A LOT better than the one with this box.)For the price, it's not completely terrible, just be aware it has its limits without an update, and the keyboard remote is iffy, at best! Keyboard remote also has NO rechargeable battery, so make sure you have plenty of AAA batteries. 😒

So I purchased this POS thinking it would be good kljust for streaming but was I wrong! As per another review the remote control barely worked and only when it wanted to, also the keyboard included was just as bad and when I plugged the Bluetooth connection it kept automatically shutting the wifi off and I had to unattach it in order to get the wifi going. Now onto the box itself, it would allow me to sign into my Google account which made the playstore useless because you can get into it without an account. Also the power cord is like 3-4 inches long and the software kept crashing to a black screen. I would have to unplug and try try again and nothing ever worked. Someone suggested a software update helped them but there are non on the internet for this model and the auto update says the software is up to date. Don't waste your money on this because when you return you have to wait 5-7 business days for Amazon to refund you debit card or it's "faster" if you take a site credit within a few hours. They are quick to take your money though.

No problems so far but can't figure out keyboard.
