Does it move around on grass and dirt

Yes the dolly move fine in both grass and dirt. One of my better purchases. Moves trailer easily, even when fully loaded.

The dolly is shipped with a 1-7/8" ball, with 5/8" shank. Used nov. 1, and worked just great for moving my trailer to storage. I'm 83 yrs. old, and it was a snap!

I bought this and want to know what psi to fill the tires? It isn't stamped on the tire nor documented in the manual.

Based off of the tire size and rating I looked it up and found 50psi. The tire is a 4.10/3.50-6 check out the chart. 24psi seems low and hard to pull. http://www.csttires.com/int/lawn-and-garden/c189/

does the handle remove easily to transport inside a camper/trailer?

The handle does not remove easily. This is a rugged, strong unit so a folding handle, like on a lawnmower, isn't part of the package. If you want to get out your socket set wrenches and box wrenches and take apart.... ... you can do that but I wouldn't call that quick and easy.
