Gave this to my cat and could see Kindey stones coming out afterwards, she is a handicapped cat which wears diaper so I saw the actual stones in her diaper. Amazing! I had so many issues with capsules, really bothered my stomach. I did some research, and came across this powder and decided to give it a try. It's awesome! No side effects and it's working great! I use it for my hemophiliac puppy. Counteracting blood clotting deficiency is a side effect, which is good for us. Since I began giving it to him 13 months ago, he hasn't had even one bleeding incident. I ran out. I had another brand on hand as a back-up,but discovered it had additives,harmful for hemophilia. I've used II that brands if powered DMannose and this is by far the best. I have had hundreds of UTIs and my bladder is damaged. After three days of drinking this per instructions the discomfort is nearly gone and there is no flavor. I only wish we received more product for the money.
