I used it got an hour it died and charged for 12 hours and won't come back on. Returning the item🙄

It worked very well when we first got it. My dog came straight in the door after yelling at the neighbors. It was good for a couple weeks. Then it broke. (I’m pretty sure my toddler threw it or stepped on it.) I couldn’t figure out what was wrong, but it’s definitely not working, even after a full night charge.

My poor sweet doggy! She’s not a huge barker, but every once in a while she goes to hang out in the fenced in back yard at night and decides she needs to have a little barking conversation with a dog across the street. So I thought this would be a gentle and harmless way to prevent her for bothering the neighbors at night. NOPE. The thing is so sensitive that it’s set off by ANYTHING, even the wind!! I couldn’t find a spot to put it where it wasn’t constantly triggering, even at the lowest setting. (You can see the light go when it does its thing, and if you’re wearing Bluetooth earpieces, you can hear a little clicking sound — I guess because the signals interfere with each other.) But my sweet girl was being perfectly silent and the thing just kept going off as I was trying to move it to a location where it wouldn’t react so easily! After that ONE time, (it must be a REALLY awful noise to their sensitive ears) she was scared even to go in the back yard anymore. I had to retrain her with treats and play that it was OK out there. Literally had to take her by the color and make her go outside and relearn that it was safe out there. Needless to say, I returned it! I guess if you have a stubborn barker who won’t respond to any other training, it does work. Personally, I think if you’re going to use the sonic thing, you’re better off not being lazy and just sitting there (maybe inside where she doesn’t know it’s you) and using one of the manual ones that you set off yourself. Just wait for her to bark and then beep it yourself and she should learn pretty quickly. I have a manual one and OOF!! I beeped the ultrasonic noise ONE time and she cowered and ran from the room. Now she just sees me pull the thing out and calms Down and sits! Again, must be an awful noise so I wouldn’t recommend one like this that is constantly going off without bad behavior and driving The poor dog nuts.

After ordering and reading the info it states to use for one dog only, not sure if I missed that in my original review of the product. I bought this to stop the horrible barking from dogs behind us, did not work at all. It did work on one of my dogs, she stopped barking and even going in the backyard. This is the 3rd device I have purchased and the last. Not sure if there is really anything on the market to stop the barking.

I think this would work best for a dog that doesn’t have big thick ears. My dog can hardly hear it. It does not stop him fro barking or howling. He has big floppy ears (he’s a sheep dog). I do like that it ticks first then makes the high pitch but it just doesn’t work for my pooch.

Only worked through two charges, after that it wouldn’t even take the charge. Did l do something wrong? It didn’t come with a power cord. Used android cord cuz thats the type it looked like. It worked twice then nothing, l really would like a refund, how do l send it back?

Read a review that said it only lasted 2 weeks before the owl stopped working. Mine last for four weeks. So, yay me!! Worked great until it didn't!! Bummer.
