It does a great job and is SO EASY TO USE. Take away the part about it being environmentally friendly, which it is and we love that too... BUT, it is SO nice not to have to deal with a big, bulky, spilly jug of detergent. It's not heavy, it's not messy, we don't have to lug it around, instead we have this attractive looking package that weighs almost nothing, never causes a mess, never spills. My only recommendation is to tear the sheets a couple times as you toss it into the washing machine because occasionally it would clump and not dissolve all the way (Occasionally - maybe twice, so I started tearing it into smaller sections and dumping them into the washer and it's never been a problem since). It's a great product and it's better for the environment by a million.
