I have MS and am extremely heat intolerant. I pop one of these in my hat and it keeps my head cool. The filling allows the pack to be formed. I also use them for a fast cool down, if I get overheated.

These fit nicely in my baseball cap and I use them when I walk for exercise. They keep my head cool for about 30 minutes.

Feel great for a few minutes, but warm up very quickly even from a solid deep freeze.

I bought these hoping they would help keep me cool while wearing my hard hat out in the sun and boy do they work will be buying more

I cannot attest to the product's usefulness for headache relief or as a sleep aide.My use case was playing pickleball outdoors in the sun on a 90+ degree day.First of all, even though it's not very thick, it does make hats/caps sit up a little higher and off your head. I had one baseball cap that it fit okay with, and another that didn't. If you were resting or wearing it during some gentler activity like walking then it might work better than it did for me playing pickleball.Secondarily and more importantly, it only stayed cold for about 20 minutes. It was in the freezer overnight. But when I pulled it out of my hat after the first pickleball game it was no longer even cold. To be fair, an active sport and a warm day sends a LOT of heat up to your scalp so maybe I was just expecting too much.All that being said, although it didn't work for my use case .. it *might* work for others for headache relief or to help you get to sleep. Can't speak to those applications yet but I'll keep it in mind should one of those situations arise.

Super cute and held up nicely in lunchboxes! Double bonus for bumps and bruises. Remains flexible and is soft textured.

These are fun when they’re cold but don’t stay cold very long. I got these to cool off at my outdoor job but even in my cooler with extra large ice pack they’re not cold by mid shift. Comfortable under hat though.
