I understand the reviews stating that it won’t stay together or “doesn’t work.” It does fall apart easily. However, I’m no quitter. I duck tape some of the parts and it works amazingly. It wasn’t hard to do, and it’s not necessary because it will work without the tape (the rockets fly pretty high and fast!) but if you want to ensure you don’t have to fit the parts every few jumps, just slap some tape on it and be done with it. This was a Christmas present for my 3yr grandson. He loved it and played with it the most out of all of his presents. I was a little concerned that he might not have enough leg strength to shoot the rocket off, but that worry was quickly dispelled. He had these things flying all over the house and hitting the two story ceiling in our living room.As other reviews have mentioned, the fins on the rockets are not attached well at all. Two of them fell off within the first 10 minutes. It doesn't affect the rockets much at all so we just kept on playing with them.I paid $10 and that is about right for the quality of the toy. It came with 6 rockets which was nice as it allowed more time to shoot them off before we had to go and retrieve them. I am satisfied with it but would have been really disappointed if it had costed more.

Gave this to my 4 year old for his birthday. It broke within the firs 15 mins of playing with it. This is how it looked after just an hour. It is not playable at all. Most of the tubing that was glued together was blown apart by the force of air thru the pump. Not durable at all. And of course I purchased this in advance before his birthday and now return window is closed. Dont buy it was 15 mins of fun. And now useless. I would love to get my money back!

Change the sexist caption - seriously, that's my biggest complaint. I bought 2 sets and my 3 granddaughters (6, 6 and 7) had a blast with them for 2 hours. It was fun for the whole family plus neighbors. If you have tug-of-war with a rocket, it will break. It can be taped back together with 2" tape. Fins can be glued back on, but don't impact flight too much. Tubes popping apart are normal and easily fixed. My 3 girls assembled the toys by themselves. These rockets are safe and don't hurt if one lands on you.I would have rated it 4.5 if not for the "toys for boys" caption. Change that!
