Best OTC scar treatment
Best over the counter scar treatment. Recommend by my plastic surgeon to help reduce the visibility of my many scars. Kind of pricey

Miracle product
Just over 1 year ago I had a major surgery that produced a scar across my abdomen. My surgeon gave me a container of Biocorneum AdvancedScar Treatment. My scar is almost gone. It’s like the surgery never happened. I just wish I could get the 96g container again! This stuff is pricey but well worth it!!

Buy this for scars
I was skeptical based on the price. I have been using another high priced scar gel, but after 3-months I didn’t see any significant improvement. So, I upped my purchase to this one. Within a week I already see a huge improvement. I’m using 3x a day. It does not completely dry, but it hasn’t been an issue. No smell, clear in color, stays on, easy to apply, noticeable results.

I did a lot of research before I ordered this stuff. I ordered bikcroneum and scar away patches as all my research seemed to point to these two being the best products. After using both interchangeably over the last 2 months (since a long incision and deep on my elbow for ulcer nerve decompression surgery) I have to say that the scar away patches do a lot especially when combined with scar massage which I just do myself. It noticibly softens the scar after wearing for 23 hours. Then I use the biocromium when I have to have the scar patch off for a few hours. I really can’t see that the biocronium does anything. I may as well have stuck with bio oil which seems to be just as good as biocronium. And if I need a sunscreen I’d pick a waterproof one so that’s not an advantage to this product either. I really don’t see the point of it and I’ll just stick with scar away.
