I’ve had that foot problem for years. I’ve been buying the full length type from drug stores. I purchased these and had my doubts. But to my amazement, not only did they work but worked better. My foot never needs the home physical therapy that I had to do when wearing the store bought inserts. Three days of wearing these and I noticed that I felt a lot better. So I stopped the therapy and wore the inserts. My pain has gone away.

These helped me tremendously at first. However now, I realize they lack proper support.They're essentially just foot pads to relieve pain at the plantar area of your foot. It helps that they're angled downward to relieve more pain; however, they offer almost no arch support. And the lack of firmness means your feet don't improve that much.

I have chronic PF in my right food and moderate in my left. I take good care of my shoes, but while they look good on the outside, the soles and inserts get compressed and really need to be removed or thrown out. I also do martial arts so the combination of old shoes and lots of foot work on mats caused me to have some serious pain in the morning and evening.These inserts were a "shot in the dark", cheap, well reviewed and claimed clinical relief of pain. I decided enough was enough and wanted to try something to help me out. At first, they hurt, bad. I was sore from the inserts themselves pushing up against my sensitive PF. After 3 or 4 days I noticed the pain while wearing them was gone, around the same time I noticed the pain in my feet outside of my shoes was less intense.I'm now 1 month into wearing these inserts and my PF pain has been cut in half. Mornings and Evenings can still hurt some days but overall I feel they've help curb a lot of the pain and I don't even notice them in my shoes anymore.I wish I started using these sooner, they really do help me.

These were very helpful to treat my plantar fasciitis foot pain. When I wear these the pain is reduced.

First off I want to say feet are disgusting. I bought a pair of Brooks shoes 2 years ago. I never buy shoes that cost that much and usually stay in the $50-$60 range. Almost Immediately my left heal started hurting. I would then put on my old worn out shoes and the pain would go away. Then back to the Brooks and pain. I finally gave away the shoes I paid over $100 for and bought some New Balance shoes the day before a cruise. I knew I would be walking for miles at port, and needed something comfortable. I had zero pain with the New Balance shoes. Fast forward 2 years. I bought an identical pair of New Balance because my old ones are finally wearing out. Then heal pain starts again after about 10 times wearing the new shoes. I don't get it. My sons says it sounds like plantar fasciitis. So rather than give another pair of shoes away I ordered these insoles on Amazon. They just arrived. I open the packaging to find the insoles have been opened. The plastic casing has been ripped from the cardboard backing over 75%. And the little insert that is supposed to be stuck to one of the supports is not stuck. That means someone has opened this package and perhaps used them and returned them. They do not look worn but the fact they have been open means someone could have had their feet on them. That is absolutely disgusting!!!! Negative 100 stars!
