Very informative!
Very good, no nonsense information that has helped me greatly improve my knee pain to almost zero pain. I use many of the exercises and principles constantly. If you have knee pain, get the book. Use the book!

Ultimate Level Fitness!
After first reading his other 2 books ("Knee Ability Zero" and "Back Ability Zero"), it was easy to understand and appreciate this book." In "ATG For Life," Ben builds on the foundation of his other two books and takes mobility and strength to the next level! This book illustrates a twice-per-week program that includes two separate workouts (Workout #1 and Workout #2). Each of the two separate workouts contains 10 different exercises -- some old ones (from his other two books) and some new ones as well. In my opinion, Ben has succeeded in selecting from hundreds of available functional-movement exercises and only choosing the best ones to address every aspect of mobility and strength! To me, "ATG For Life" is the ultimate fitness hack, blowing up the conventional world of physical fitness the way that keto blew up the conventional world of nutrition!

The truth is simple.
The media could not be loaded. The truth is simple. This book uncovers and describes what intuitively makes sense for longevity and the healing of our bodies while also giving very practical steps to help make changes. It’s short and full of pictures for a reason. It’s a practical guide that is meant to be applied to your life, and not just become head knowledge. If you get this book and start with the twice a week formula I promise you will get an insane ROI on this purchase! Here is a video of me doing sleds, one of the staples of the program. Just doing these as coached in the book has had huge benefits on my body. My foot pain that used to prevent me from playing sports is completely gone.

Great Addition to Workout
Probably exercises everyone should be doing, but few will. I already have a small sled in my yard, so I will do these. I can do most of the others also. One small complaint. Sometimes the instructions are not clear. On the sled pull (backwards) he says the knees should be in front of the toes. But the pictures show the knees behind, since you are pulling the sled. I think he meant the knees should be ahead of the toes.

great information, just a little scattered
I have been applying a lot of the exercises and stretches and it has helped. there is a lot of great information, however I felt like I was reading a first draft.Editing and flow of ideas is a bit jarring , but the purpose of empwering better knee strength is great.

Helps!
Got this for my boyfriend after he hurt his knee in jiu jitsu and he read through the whole thing and for four months did his own rehab at home w this book and a cardboard foam thing for your knee and he feels wayyy better! Yay! Just gotta stick to it, he did these exercises for 20-30 minutes each day (not on weekends though) & now he has better technique in the gym and knows the right way to move his body! Thank you ATG!
