No, it is no nano silver and no colloidal, it is silver hydrosol. Did you research research the differences between colloidal, ionic and hydrosol silver which are the three kind of silver? I have been using this one as spray for sinus congestion and it help me a lot but I am afraid when I read that can cause argiria, means your skin turn blue, but it is if you ingest it a lot, I use this once in a while.
