I only gave it four stars on ease to use simply because it’s a complex mold and is a bit time consuming However those who have experience using molds should have no difficulty. Just remember dust with a little powdered sugar, fill with fondant, small bits at a time and press evenly into each crevice, pop in the freezer for a few minutes then slowly unmold from one edge as you move down until it’s completely free. The final product is absolutely amazing and lifelike.

I made a board for a cake. It turned out great. The mold was easy to use. I dusted it prior lightly with cornstarch then once I filled with fondant, chilled in freezer 3 min it popped right out the mold. I wish they would make one that has 4 fill areas on one larger platform to do several at a time. Thanks.

Tricky getting stuff out of this mold without breaking it, it's so small and has such fine details. If you can manage the trick though, it's great.

Item was as described and was easy to use. I was pleasantly surprised. I just dusted form with a little powdered sugar or corn starch (I usually always use corn starch) press fondant down into form really well and scrape excess, then pop out and you have a perfect little section of grass.

FANTASTIC! Wish I'd had ordered more since rarely do you need just a small piece of "grass" for a cake design. Perhaps they could consider making a combination package deal on these? Like if you order 3 you get a 4th free... or something. That way I could have made 4 each pouring speeding up my hours of labor for the cake design. Very sturdy quality making it nice to get the detail in the chocolate.

Seems to be in good condition but really small i haven't used it yet but it will be alot of work if i need to go round bigger cakes.

With just a little bit of trimming for my “overlaying” fondant press ( I used tiny scissors to simply clip the excess fondant), this mold made beautiful grass! Will use again on many, many cakes. Very professional effect!
