Good but expensive

This is a very elegant EDP. The top notes are saline breeze from the ocean, mid notes are olive trees grove with a lovely finish of cedar wood. Smells like a great drive on the Mediterranean coastal line on a sunny summer day. Recommended for a happy mood.

My boyfriend uses this, it smells so good! It’s almost addictive

I’ve been exploring L’Olivier by Panier des Sens, and it is such a unique scent experience. This fragrance is a beautiful blend of briny olive leaves, herbal flourishes, and a distinct sea side note. It manages to feel soft, green, and breezy all at once. It really does smell like a hazy, languid summer afternoon spent in Mediterranean France. The composition offers a lovely contrast between warm woods and refreshing marine notes that feels both elevated and natural. When I first spray this, the olive leaf and subtle hints of citrus really stand out. As it settles, the lavender and cedarwood become more prominent, providing a soft, woody depth that isn't too heavy. The base is built on light amber and a sensual, skin like musk that gives the fragrance a smooth and consistent warmth. It strikes a perfect balance between power and a natural sweetness that feels very niche to me. This scent is incredibly transportive. It has a dreamy, atmospheric vibe that makes me feel like I’m laying by the sea, soaking up the sun. Even though it's marketed for men, I think any fragrance lover who appreciates uncommon note structures will enjoy this. It doesn't rely on typical mass market appeal, which makes it feel much more artistic and niche than your average department store find. In terms of performance, it has the presence of an EDP. It projects well enough to be noticed without being overwhelming, and the longevity is impressive for such a breezy, aquatic profile. At $46.00, this fragrance is punching way above its price point. It’s layered, nuanced, and so artfully blended that it feels like it should cost more than it does. It definitely met my expectations for a unique, high quality scent that stands out from the crowd.

Smells good for car it’s ok, I can’t say it’s masculine enough for men

I really have become a big fan of this brand. Panier des Sens has this ability to bring such class to their fragrances & this one is no exception. The spicy, woodsy scent is, at first warm and soft then becomes almost a slight nutty scent if that makes sense? I know it isn't a nutty fragrance, but, that's what it makes me think of, like chestnuts and and spices and woodsiness lol. It has a vintage & sort of timeless feel. Like it has this, "sitting in a lounger by the fireplace" sort of feeling. That's at least what it's giving me & I absolutely love it. It's not super heavy, it's not overpowering, which, depending on the person, is going to be good or bad. If you want to be the person that leaves a trail of scent in your wake, this isn't your jam, however, if you want your partner to be able to pick it up on you when they go in for a hug, this is the one! It does last for a good amount of time, I noticed it on his sweater 6 hours later, when we were leaving, which is about right for an eau de parfum. I couldn't be happier with this fragrance, I think it's a very fair price for the bottle size & I think it's worth every penny!
