After 15 years of frustrating episodes of having floss stuck or shredded in between two molars I was able to use this product to remove a jagged bit of cement residue leftover from a crown replacement that made it very difficult to floss or tore the floss at a the most inopportune times. The torn floss would be knotted up and very uncomfortable and nearly impossible to get out without resorting to using fine fishing line and scout tricks to thread it between the teeth. This product was made by a genius. These polishing strips were just thin enough to fit in between the teeth and just abrasive enough to effectively remove the residue, AND there is a bare spot in the middle that is slightly thinner that allows the user to more easily insert the strip between the teeth. Naturally, the abrasive is only on one side of the strip so one has to be careful to identify the correct side to make contact with problem area. With a little back and forth the problem area is smoothed down but not overly aggressively. If only I had known about these many years ago!! My undying gratitude goes to the designer and manufacturer of this high quality and professional product!!!

Package contained 5 double ended abrasive metal strips. These strips are very thin and I found them easier to use with a popsicle stick as a backer to keep them from flexing quite so easily. They are what they are supposed to be and are cheaper than a dentist and less painful as you can take your time and not cause tooth pain due to vibration from the dentists' tools.

I had a filling that was rough in between my teeth. It kept catching my tongue. Dentist said it would smooth down eventually...but his "eventually" must be a lot longer than mine. So, I ordered these. Did the thing and it worked! It was still a little rough filling but it got rid of the sharp pieces that were catching things and it smoothed down over a week. I am happy that this product exists!

I had multiple chips in my teeth that resulted in an uneven appearance and noticeable flaws when I spoke and smiled. After using these files I think my teeth look nicer and more even.

Insanely overpriced, better off with a file from harbor freight.. would not have purchased had I known this was a russian product

I use this to grind down a high spot and it works just perfectly. Just be careful not to hurt your gums and lips. I like this one but I think a strip is better to use.

Las tiras funcionan muy bien para hacer stripping interdental y hacer espacio milimétrico entre los dientes por cuestiones de apiñonamiento o por estética, el empaquetado excelente!

I had a chip in my front tooth and behind it which was sharp and uncomfortable, and I knew would cost more than these strips to fix by a dentist. Brought some and fixed and smoothed the chip, saving a trip to the dentist. It does not at all hurt but go slowly as it works really well on the teeth and quickly

In order to properly file the sharp edge of my chipped molar and nothing else, I used a ice cream stick with the end notched wide enough to place the strip over the end of the stick and hold the width of the strip in place. I then used tape to hold the strip around the flat stick to do two things, one keep the sharp edges of the strip away from anything and two, to limit the filing surface from filing other teeth. This worked well and I no longer have this sharp edge on my chipped molar. If you have a similar issue with a chipped tooth, this strip worked wonders.
