This is the best cough syrup. I found it in a local store last year, but they stopped stocking it. Very glad I could find it and buy via Amazon. I just ordered 2 more bottles to have on hand for just in case.It stops the cough dead in its tracks. My sis-in-law has stage 4 lung cancer with no treatment available. When I saw her at her home in late March 2017, she'd caught a nasty lung infection that had a terrible cough with it. Also, her DR agreed there was nothing in this product that would interact poorly with anything else she was taking and she is on several prescriptions. Product works great, but was shipped so that the bottle was smooshed and syrup had run out all over the box and bottle. One star for shipping, since that makes it impossible to use it.
