Q: The instructions are missing from the packaging - have not printed anything before the word 'grease'. Does anyone know what is on the instructions

Hi. I don’t remember reading any instructions so treated it as a normal size 2L hot water bottle. I fill it from the kettle 1/3 full. You can then leave air in or out (or part), and screw/tighten the cap. The outer can be washed, just remove the bottle. . However I found I lost something in the wash. It was fluffy but seemed a little less thick. Overall this is a fab hottie.
