The instructions say to use a washcloth when rinsing off, but I don't. The product is great for removing waterproof makeup (sunscreen, mascara) and rinses off clean. I have used a pad soaked with micellar water to see if any makeup was left behind and after wiping my face, the pad was still clean! **Q: How long does one jar normally last?** A: It all depends on how often you use it. I use mine Mon - Fri all year as part of my double cleanse. I'm on my second jar. The first one lasted almost 6 months **Q: Does this have witch hazel in it?** A: There is no list of ingredients on the jar.
