I watched every YouYube tutorial and followed the included instructions rigorously. The device seemed to work perfectly for the first hour or so. I took breaks every 5 minutes or so to make sure the device didn’t overheat. As I finished my second upper thigh, however, I started to notice what looked like black scuff marks. Once I turned off the device, the area started to burn. On the device itself, there was a small black part that almost looked like a piece of ash. I tried to remove it with my hand but found that it wouldn’t budge. I decided to let the device cool and then finish. Unfortunately, the black bit appears to be melted plastic underneath the gold exterior.I’m very disappointed. This device had great reviews and performed so well at first. I’m now icing my leg and hoping the burn heals quickly. I’ll be sure to return this one for a more reputable brand.

You really only see results after four uses. I'm not that pale and tan easily, but this device still worked on my skin. I used the 3rd setting and it seems to do the trick. While I definitely notice slower and less overall hair growth, it's a little hard to tell which areas I've already lasered, so I have a few patches of hair here and there. I figure that eventually, after even more uses, I'll have done those areas too, but the difference really is noticeable after four uses. I do recommend taking breaks in between limbs because it does get hot and stings sometimes. Make sure to use lotion afterwards!

Love this device it works flawlessly every time I use. Very good price for a hair remover compared to others. You need to have light skin and darker hair, if you don’t do not buy this it won’t work. I read other review saying it wouldn’t work on her upper lip… I’m assuming since she is a woman she has light colored hairs on her lip and not a real mustache “darker” hair. That is why it’s not working for you! It will not remove peach fuzz type hair. Also you need to be patient and only use as directed not sooner. Hair has a growth cycle every few weeks and that’s when it should be used. Overall very happy with this hair remover

Sent the first one back because it didn't work at all. The replacement worked once and then stopped working completely. So now I'm two days past the return cut off and feel I've been completely ripped off. I would give this minus five stars.

I see a significant reduction in my arms ,legs ,armpits , and face .It is an easy device to use .Love the results so far ,I have been using for a year every 8 weeks .

You only get 30 days to return but you can’t know in 30 days if it is working. Now 90 days later I can assure you this is garbage.
