USA Gear Safety Glasses Case for Protective Eyeglasses with Reinforced Belt Loop and Carabiner

For me it's only a 2 star. It works well enough, but not good enough for what I need. The product itself is well made and fits glasses inside it. It feels like it would be fairly durable but I would not recommend it for glasses that need to be really protected because this is a flexible material and if it gets smooshed then your glasses would break.

Works okay as my sunglass case, but a bit snug lengthwise.

The d-clip broke the first day I put it on my belt loop. I had to buy a new and stronger d-clip for it to work as it should. The case works great for my glasses.

I received this product a few days ago and have used it every day since. For those of us who must wear prescription eyeglasses, carrying our prescription sunglasses can present some challenges. Usually, I would wear a shirt with a pocket but if doing work in the yard, sometimes the glasses would fall out of the shirt pocket. Also, I have some T Shirts without a pocket. But now I just use this case. It is very sturdy and has a solid belt loop that is very convenient. Some reviewers complain about the size of the case when used with safety glasses but for my purpose, it works well.

Purchased this item to use as a carry case for my iPhone 8. I keep my phone in a Otterbox Defender hard case. The phone, in the hard case, fits perfectly in this soft case. The carabiner clip works great clipped to a belt loop on my pants. MUCH safer than keeping the phone in my back pocket, where it can be easily damaged by me sitting on it. I highly recommend this item for this specific purpose.

The first three I purchased I was very pleased with. I was not using them for glasses, but for my iPhone 7 and I wrote a great review for them. However, in a few months the belt loop on all of them started to rip away from the body. See photo below. In spite of this I ordered another one. The new one looked like the first few but it is smaller as can be seen in the photo below. My same iPhone 7 will not fit into this case. So I now have a holder that I have no use for.

I had one of these for about four years and finally wore some holes through the bottom. Just bought the same exact case as before and would highly purchasing the USA Gear Safety Glasses Case. I work in a hardware store and find myself needing my reading glasses just about anytime. They (glasses case) are attached to my belt throughout the day, whether I'm driving a forklift, loading up concrete mix into the back of a pickup truck or putting the myriad of stock away on our order days. All other details are as advertised Belt Loop, Carabiner, dimensions etc. Does a good job of adding a pocket to your belt or back pack, suitable for anything you would place in a shirt pocket.
