If you are looking for a charger for any of the Acer devices listed in the description, this is the product for you. I purchased this charger and it did what it was advertised to do. It charges my Acer One Cloudbook 14. Every time the charger for my laptop breaks, I go into my purchase history and buy another one. This fits perfectly into the port and the price is good compared to that of the manufacturer. I am grateful that I can purchase a quality product at a lower price. Now I can complete my online course without the fear of not having enough time to complete my assignments. Purchasing this product, has saved me a lot of time and allowed me to complete assignments. I am taking an online class and didn’t have a computer to complete assignments at home. I found myself utilizing the local library to complete assignments. The problem with this is, the local library only gives you two hours per day to use the equipment. My normal routine with online courses is to; sign on the computer one day, print off the assignment, work on the assignments and finally, upload the assignments to the computer. This semester requires more time on the computer and the two hours offered by the library, wasn’t giving me enough time to get the assignments done. This would normally not be a problem but my computer had received water damage last semester and was left inoperable. I then remember that we had another laptop in the house, it just didn’t have a charger. This is when I signed on to Amazon and purchased this. I am very thankful for this charger. If the charger breaks again, I know where I can come and purchase another.

I was concerned about ordering a new power cord online. There were alot to choose from but one this works great!

This charger is in the UL "iQ database" under its model number BRJ65190342 even though it's label does NOT reflect that as shown in the picture . I can confirm this charger is compatible with the 15.6" Acer Chromebook CB3-531. I had no problem with the cord not staying in the laptop like other people reported in unspecified models, although my Chromebook is in mint condition and has no wear. The plug does sort of look weird because the plastic barrel behind the power pin as shown in my other picture doesn't look like it goes into the laptop all the way, but if you look in the plug on the laptop you can see the plug isn't designed to accept anything but the power pin, and so the charger's plug is fine. The plug fits into this Chromebook laptop well and has it acceptable stability. The cord length is not generous but is adequate. There are no heat issues; after a few hours of charging the battery from near zero and running it, the charger seems to be at room temperature. Overall this charger is a good replacement for my Chromebook.

Great cord and price compatible with my computer good cord length

Works great. The plastic is a little tight going from the power cable to the power supply. The barrel adjuster is a little wobbly too, but that might be an issue with my Chromebook because it's old. I'd give it like 4.5 stars.

The charging pin is a bit loose and only works in certain positions, so I often have to prop it up to keep it charging. Aside from this issue, everything else works well.

works fine for me, has a longer AC cord than the original. I did not experience the loose plug problem that other people have mentioned. Just works so far.

What's not to like. It is a great charger and works well

It’s working and charging the laptop but the pin connector is too long for the Acer R14 laptop. Could end up being an issue as it doesn’t fit snugly into the port. Oh well. Good price and working is the most important thing.
