Awesome service and product !
We purchased the scale about 11 months ago and although I don’t write many reviews I felt this time it was warranted. We called customer service on Monday and told the gentleman we needed a replacement of the cord that goes to the display. He told us it was no problem he’d send it out to us and we were thinking it would take a few weeks. After hanging up the phone, literally 10 minutes later we had an email that stated it was already shipped with a UPS tracking #. We were shocked ! Today is Friday and it arrived!! Now THAT is customer service!!!! In addition, the scale is awesome. We own over 100 goats and it’s so easy to run them on it, quickly get their weight and move them along. THANK YOU! We are hoping to put a link of it on our website, that’s how much we love it!

Amazing build quality, well worth the money in my opinion. I doubt you'll ever need another scale.
This scale has amazing build quality. I immediate could feel how solidly it was built. The main frame of the body is put together with weight balanced steel crossbars with what looks like a powdered coat finish. A nice touch they didn't have to do but is much appreciated. The welds all look good and everything looks like it was built to withstand well over its 660 pound weight limit for decades to come and everything is within a very tight tolerance, as flat a plane for the stainless steel top to sit on as one could reasonably expect. Frankly, I didn't expect such a high build quality. From there it is the feet that go through this frame that are connected to sensors at all four corners. The feet themselves are knobs with ridges on the side and are fairly big, about 3" each I'd say, and all this makes it extremely easy to reach under the scale to adjust them without any fuss. Once all four feet are adjusted and the top is on it's simply a matter of turning it on, letting it count down, then weighing whatever it is your want. No matter were I stood on the scale, even on the corners themselves, I got the exact same reading after about a second or so. It was consistently accurate to 2/10's of a pound as advertised. I weighed various known weights and added them to each other to test it's accuracy. It doesn't hop around or leave you guessing. The stainless steel top was a perfect fit for the frame, it sits between a rubber mat and the frame so there's no worry about the metals interacting with each other. There was zero drag between the top and the frame. It's a completely separate piece that can be removed as easily as pulling it straight up. It was completely flat and free of scratches. On top of this they provided a rubber slip free mat which seems of very high quality to me. It fit perfectly on the top of the scale with zero overlap.I was expecting a good scale, but I'm honestly blown away by it's build quality. I originally scoffed at the $40 shipping but am glad I paid it. For how heavy it is, I'm surprised it didn't cost more to ship. It took awhile to get here, about a week and a half, but it was worth the wait to me. I got this thing for my dog because I wanted to weigh him more frequently between vet visits and it's definitely a couple steps above what the vet uses, which was obvious as soon as I lifted it out of the box. I was a bit amused and a bit worried about the advertised "for Dog Cat Pet Alpaca Llama Sheep Fish" in the headline for the product, but I'm absolutely certain it could weigh all those things and more, assuming your accuracy tolerance falls within 2/10s of a pound. You better catch some BIG fish...If you got this far you can probably guess that I enthusiastically would recommend this scale to others. It is my belief it will last decades assuming you don't damage it's electronic components (which would take careless effort to do...) and even they could probably be replaced if that happened. It seems to have taken a pretty modular approach. I don't even need a scale of my own anymore since I weigh less than 660 pounds! If you're in need of a scale you could do a lot, LOT worse.

What they don't tell you is important
When I received this scale I was impressed with the solidity and apparent quality of the build. I have not changed my opinion on that. What has left me scratching my head is that while the scale will display weight in kilograms or pounds, it can be calibrated ONLY in kilograms, and it must be a whole number of Kg: no decimals. Not a major deal, the internet provides several conversion utilities. But what the manual does not say is that when you calibrate the scale the weight you use becomes the scales maximum allowed weight. Then if you put anything that is over that weight on the scale you get an Error O - which means the item is overweight. And there is no factory reset button. I calibrated my scale with 7 KG (15 pounds 7 oz.) of dog biscuits, so now any dog over 15½ pounds errors out. To fix it I'll have to gather enough bags of dog food to total up 200 pounds 9.6 oz (91 Kg) and recalibrate.

Professional VET scale
Top notch stainless steel scale. You could pay a lot more but it is not necessary. This scale is very well made and the digital display is large and easy to read. Took only a few minutes to unbox and set up. My 105 pound large dog fit on the scale with room to spare. No slipping as a nice rubberized mat is included.

Wonderful Scale well made, and heavy duty.
First let me say, totally impressed with the design, and construction of this scale. And the removable rubber mat makes it slip proof. Easy to read, even at an angle. The down side is you MUST calibrate the scale to read correctly. This can take a while. And having initially to calibrate it in Kilograms is a daunting task if you live in a country where everything is in pounds and ounces. The instructions to calibrate are not easily understood, and I had to watch a Youtube video to figure it out. However, you only need to do this once. You can plug and unplug and it will not effect the scale. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this to anyone. I bought it to weigh my 160+ pound dogs. They get up and down off it easily and have never attempted to chew the reading box. We have ours plugged in to electricity.

Great scale for big dogs - setting up take a little math
Scale arrived a bit later then expected but all in one piece. It does do some off-gassing due to some of the parts - strong chemical smell - so we set it up in the basement. Once it's setup you have to calibrate it. There are instructions. We had to do some math because the calibration is done in kg and we had lb weights. Once we did it though the scale was accurate. We had all 4 larger dogs on it in less than an hour. This is great to have at home. Easy to plug in. Easy to read.

Worth it.
Bought as Christmas gift for dog rescue. Easy to set up, accurate. Really like how the screen tilts up or down, so if you are by yourself weighing a cat, you just have to glance up and not struggle to keep the animal on while trying to stretch high enough to read the weight. Don’t have to wait for vet appointments to weigh the dogs anymore. Money well spent.
