I’ve had this speaker for 2 years now, and it’s been through hell and back and still going! If I had to say something bad about it, the plastic holder for the clip broke. This speaker is mostly played outside in Texas, in rain, high heat, snow etc. It just keeps playing. When I go outside to throw Cornhole, I no longer place it on the ground. I drop it where I want it. It has taken a beating! You want bass? This one is loud and has bass, not thump like a sub woofer, but you will not be disappointed. I see there is a newer model, I don’t need it, but for the price and sound quality, I’m sold.

Good sound quality. Battery life is decent at best. You CAN charge your devices with this but that's a last resort. The lights are fun for a few seconds but kinda pointless (you can turn it off thankfully) overall decent speaker for it's price.

First, I would like to address the audio fanatics out there... if you are expecting the same quality sound from a $59 portable speaker as one that cost more than $100, you need to be more realistic.I purchased this speaker mainly to have a way to listen to music outside on my patio. So far, the product has met/exceeded my expectations. It's worked well out on the patio, and since it is very portable, I have used it in the garage and other parts of my home.It pairs easily with devices. I have easily paired with an iPhone, a Kindle fire, a Samsung Tablet, and a Dell laptop.The sound is very good for the size of the speaker unit. I did find that the quality of sound is impacted by the application used for music on my iPhone. If I used the Apple music app, I was able to improve the sound by going into settings, Music, EQ, and then change the type until I achieved a well balanced output of bass, and vocal. I used Rock. Unfortunately, the EQ setting only appears to work for the Apple Music app, and not for Pandora or XM Sirius apps, but those apps seemed to sound fine using the speaker, even better if I used settings for higher quality download.The sound does distort a little when you crank the volume way up, but since I opted for the 40W speaker, I generally don't need to turn it up too high and the distortion doesn't become an issue.I didn't buy the unit because it has flashing, color changing LEDs. However, they are kind of cool to look at, and they do seem to synchronize with the audio.I've used the blue tooth mostly for connection, but I did test plugging a USB Memory stick into the speaker to confirm it played music files. It worked, but if my music files were placed in Artist folders, it played the folder contents alphabetically. So, played all of one artist before it proceeded to the next folder. I think the speaker software should be updated to shuffle the music files.The negative points against it, and why I didn't give it a 5:The unit is round, and will roll if you place it sideways. The speaker came with a flexible carrying cord, and installing that helped prevent the rolling. However, if you are going to design a round speaker, than there should be built in protrusions to prevent it from rolling. It does sound just as good paced in upright position.Another negative is that it doesn't allow bluetooth connection while you are charging your external device via the USB connection.Overall, I think it was a good buy and I will get a lot of enjoyment from the speaker.

Sounds really good , not expensive, I haven’t tried using it in the shower yet. The only downside there’s no way to change the lighting other then the switch that shuts it on and off. It lights up randomly and not the beat

Will not connect to wifi

This thing is loud with great bass. If your in an enclosed room, it’s really loud. Worth the money.
