I pour all this into a blender and let it go for a couple minutes. This is then poured into a strainer bag and kneaded for 10 minutes. Then my “session” begins: I add two cubes of ice to a cup and pour it about halfway with the Kava juice/milk. With some pineapple slices ready, I chug that cup, then immediately pop a pineapple into my mouth. A juicy fruit that quickly saturates your taste buds is the way to fly. After a few minutes, I repeat this a few more times until the batch is used up. I generally start feeling the effects come on within minutes.
