Works well with regular or fine hair, fairly easy to use. It is more challenging with very thick hair.

I like these but they do not work well in the heat. I wore one while being outside in 100 °F weather and the glue on the ends melted into my hair. I only noticed it after taking it out of my hair. I was able to wash the glue out but the product was sticky and I had to toss it. I still use second one if I know I won't be outside on hot day. If you live in a hotter climate I suggest using a sponge bun maker instead.
