Not heart shaped
There isnt even an option for regular mug and its what i got. Sending back but i got these for a wedding and now the order needs to be pushed back.

Crackers and blemishes
I was really hoping these cups would be worth the extra cost. So far I have only used 3 of 6 but two of them already have issues. One cup has blemishes on the outside. One cup cracked while I was heating for sublimation.They did take the ink at the same quality as other sublimation cups I have.
