Therapist's Choice® Mini Exercise Ball 23cm (9" Diameter)

This ball is easy to blow up and works well for physical therapy exercises at home. It holds air well and is the right size for my needs.

Just the right size and material. Good for all of my exercises for rehab. When having having to inflate the ball, however, you have to be really quick about pulling out the straw and inserting the plug to seal the hole. Otherwise the ball will deflate.

A ball is a ball ... what is there to review. Not too hard and Not too soft!

I received this but couldn't inflate it to a firm level either by using the straw or by mouth. If 5 represents the firmness I wanted, all I could get was a 3. (Hence the 3 stars). There was no no air valve check device in the ball, so as soon as I removed my finger from the valve opening the ball deflated rapidly, before I could insert the provided plug. I even put the semi inflated ball in the refrigerator for an hour or so and then added some more air (by mouth). That's how I got it to level 3. When I went to the product review section, I selected Help and asked for help on the technique to inflate. Perhaps I was doing it incorrectly. I left a message. Later, AMAZON decided to refund the purchase price for which I am grateful. So I don't know if the ball was defective, or a $6 purchase wasn't worth the energy to investigate and/or respond to.

The ball works perfectly for the desired PT exercises. I love being able to use it at home to supplement my recovery exercises!
