These are medium size but they don’t fit my ears and tend to fall of the AirPods, apples medium tips fit my ears

Missing buds
So I ordered these buds cause I need some new ones. I received them and instead of the three pairs that were advertised only two were in the box. Whatever the price isn’t that bad but they didn’t fit on my AirPod pros, so I’m returning them.
