It worked very well when you take the time to read the instructions and follow them carefully. I have been using these for a while now and I find them to work really well. I'm renowned for getting bad hangovers anyway so even when wearing these I occasionally feel rough the next day however it only lasts a couple of hours as opposed to all day without one! But most of the time there is no hangover at all. They're a bit sticky and can leave a substance on your skin but that's washed off with soapy water and a bit of a scrub.

Bought these after hearing rave reviews, and as someone that binge drinks at weekends I thought they would be the answer to my prayers.I couldn't have been any more wrong. I've tried them on 3 occasions, and each time I've woken up feeling worse than I usually do. The hangover lasts longer and I feel horrendous.It says to leave them on for 24 hours, but obviously by then your hangover is well and truly gone anyway. I put them on at various times too, the first time was literally just before my first pint, the second time was an hour before going out and the last time was 2 hours before I touched a beer.Didn't work. Made no difference.Another thing is the awful smell you're left with. As soon as I took it off, this smell.... this awful smell, this disgusting smell that lingers with you for the rest of the day at least, no matter how hard you scrub and wash it.I would 100% not recommend this product to anyone.It's clearly just a placebo effect.

I get hang over so bad these days that I always regret my night out. But i bought these for a long, messy weekend in budapest and they are actually amazing. I had 3 crazy nights where I drubk way too much, and genuinely felt absolutely fine in the morning, not at all like I usually would. There was only one time they didnt work, this was when I went to a spa party in the thermal baths, but I would say that was because I was in water the whole night so the water probably washed away the nutrients.

Waste of money, didn't stop a hang over and was painful to have on throughout the night and very difficult to get off the next day.

These are amazing I suffer so bad with hangovers I dont even drink that much.So i tried these when I went out boxing day and had quite a few...... and woke up fine no shakes sickness headaches nothing it was like a miracle.

I have to admit I was sceptical about these at the start but thought they were worth a try. I''m now converted and always use them if I'm going to have a big night - they really do seem to help fend off hang over headaches.They are super-sticky, which is good as it means they stay in place securely. The down side is that it can be quite difficult and painful to peel them off.

First use the patch stayed on but the second time, the patch wouldn’t stay on at all. Not sure the first truly worked either.
