What's the point of these dog tags if they don't have your information on them?

These dogs tags are mostly used as an accessory to clothing and or outfit. The information that comes on the tags are for decorative purposes. Since there is information already on the tags, its not possible to get them custom made unless you have some information written in the blanks which is not much space . Hope I answered it as best as possible.
