A cut above the rest
A very simple film about a top body builder. Very much with an 80's feel, Haney simply goes through a really useful basic whole body training routine, hitting the major body parts/ muscle groups with a variety of exercises; e.g. squats, bench press, etc. Nothing flash, & may seem cheesy in places, but this 'no frills' film gets to the heart of real weight training. Other reviewers noted, Haney seems a decent chap; I agree. Regardless of viewers' standards, a really useful film for those genuinely interested in building muscle, as Haney's physique clearly attests.

Old school training DVD
This bodybuilding DVD features a champion from the early 90s if I remember correctly. His advice and training seems solid as it obviously worked for him. I bought this more for inspiration and nostalgia then training advice and you can have a laugh at the fashion choices back then but I would look elsewhere if you are after modern takes on training although as I said his advice isn't bad.

Great DVD of a great guy
Although the DVD is based on a VHS-Video, the pictures are quite good. Lee Haney is a real icon of bodybuilding and gives very valuable advice in a very pleasant way. As a pro he sure knows what he is talking about! Combined with the great gym setting of the 90ies this DVD is a real gem! And for (gay & straight) admirers of bodybuilding physique Lee Haney is wonderful to look at :O)

Great workout!
I bought this for my son, for Christmas. He really liked it, said it was inspiring.The dvd was well worth the money! One of the greatest bodybuilder's ever.

Found this video very motivating, he shows some very good techniques of correct ways of building all muscles groups.Goes through each muscle group showing 3-5 different exercises for each.
