BBQ With Franklin DVD

This is a great DVD. It's at the entertainment end of the spectrum. You'll get a tour of Franklin BBQ, meet some of the big characters across Texas BBQ, and get an idea of what it is that Aaron's up to. I had a lot of fun with it. You'll get little educational snippets here and there, but if you're looking for something at the more informative end of the spectrum, get the Franklin BBQ book.

love him, very entertaining. Was hoping for more cooking and instruction, but dvd was more about stories and talking about meat than actual steps 1, 2, 3, 4 to walk you through how to be successful on your cooks

Aaron is a natural- his presentation style is fun and casual yet engaging. i wish i could get to his restaurant!!

Great programs - I only wish there was a Season 2! I followed his brisket method - best ever.

A collection of the ten episodes from Public Television. Part 'How to', part history and part BBQ tourism. This is a great companion to his book, actually showing the techniques he describes, plus visits to other classic BBQ restaurants.
