Used the skull shaver for a couple years before the battery couldn’t hold and decided to get this product. IMMEDIATELY noticed this is a better shaver. Much faster and cut through longer hair. It came pre charged and I’ve used it about 5 times and still have a 70% battery life! I haven’t even plugged it in once. The nose and ear hair trimmer works fantastic as well. The hair and beard trimmer isn’t gonna replace my other but this doesn’t change my 5 star rating.

Been shaving my head for over 25 years now with a electric clippers with no attachment. This worked well, but did leave about 2-3mm. Finally decided to try a head shaver and settled on the Groomie. Man, I will never go back, this shaver is fantastic! I've had this over a week now and used about 6 times, still on the first full charge. It works best as a head shaver - super easy to use, takes about 2 to 3 minutes to shave my head (compared to 5+ with clippers) and feels almost baby smooth afterwards. The first time I used it, my head felt stubbly, but later shaves I guess my skin adjusted somewhat and it feels much smoother. So much better than using electric clippers. I've used the Groomie clipper attachments to trip my beard - they work surprisingly well and have used nose hair trimmer which also works fine. I have also used the shaver on other body parts (back of neck and unmentionables) without any issues. I can't comment on the other attachments as I haven't used them. Also super easy to clean. My one negative is I don't get as close to the skin on the face shave. I remember having this issue with other electric shavers in the past though. I do have to go slow with very light pressure on my face as the shaver will pull my skin if I'm not careful - doesn't hurt, but something to be aware of. I've only done dry shaving so can't comment if it would work even better with shaving cream or in the shower. Product was packaged really nicely and charged at about 84%. As I said, been using for over a week now and it has only dropped to 55% or so. There are many options for head shavers on the market and at so many different price points. I ended up going with Groomie as it sounds like it is at least assembled in the US and company also has their own website independent of Amazon so it feels like they fully back their product. I am super happy with this shaver and look for excuses to use it almost everyday now. Hope this review helps!

This is my honest review/opinion. I did not receive any free items and I purchased the Groomie with my own money. Best electric shaver I’ve ever used. I’ve stayed away from electric for years since my beard is very wiry and thick so mostly I’d get razor burn with long stray hair left on my face. I know this is mostly for heads but it is an “all body” shaver so I plan on using it for that. For head shaving…not as close as a blade but certainly works well for my application. I have skin cancer bumps on parts of my head (not malignant) and using a regular razor would cut these bumps which is quite painful. The Groomie solves that issue and gives me a nice shaved head. Way better than clippers with no guard. Now the downside. I was short one blade guard, not a biggie but I’d like to have what I paid for. 90 minutes of shave time is a real stretch. I’m charging every 3-4 shaves and it’s not taking me that long to shave. At times, the motor seems weak and actually stalls for a second or 2. Not sure if this shaver about to go bad or what but I do hope this thing lasts a long while. All in all, I do recommend the Groomie if you’re looking for a nice head shaver. I’m very happy with my purchase and will update this post if anything changes. Thanks.

UPDATE: Review changed from 4 stars to 1 star. ZERO STARS would be better given the waste of money. A little less than 4 months after purchasing it this thing has gone on crazy. It turns on whenever it wants. And when it does you cannot turn it off. My wife woke up in the middle of the night to hear something buzzing. She investigated and it was this razor. A couple days went by with no issue and now it does it all the time. Turns on and off at it's own and at random times. I eventually let the battery die and am chalking this up as a poor purchase that started amazing and ending as a complete dud!!! I don’t usually write reviews. I’m always a bit skeptical about what’s written and whether it comes from an actual user. With that in mind, I felt like I had to share my experience with this one. I had tried another brand of head shaver—a brand that’s often compared to the BaldiePro—and I was disappointed. I returned it just a couple of days after buying it. At the same time, I ordered a BaldiePro, and I immediately noticed the difference. I’ve never found a shaver that gets as close as a razor, but this one came pretty close. It gave me as close a shave as I could have hoped for. I had a couple of days’ worth of growth when I tested both products—one barely made a dent, while the BaldiePro got the job done effortlessly. I can’t speak to how long it will last since I just bought it, but so far, it’s been fantastic. 4 stars for now just based on that fact that it does not get as close as a razor blade...but is that possible with an electric razor? Still worth the money!

My husband said this was the best gift I or anyone else Ever got him. Saves time and he is So Happy with this product. He gets to sleep later because of the limited time it takes to get ready thanks to the Groomie

Blades don’t last. For body grooming it takes several passes. Probably wouldn’t buy again.

I rate this product 100% it works really good with water and shaving cream. You can submerge it underwater in the bathtub and it still works. I like it. It’s really waterproof.

I’m a bit late with writing this review ( time- poor) but have to say it’s fantastic. My almost bald husband can deal with his own haircut and get professional results (even with his eyes closed). Easy to use, charges quickly, easy to clean. Fool proof. Great service from the supplier and the product is A1.
