Worked perfectly There were no instructions provided but the install is dead simple. My shower head previously sprayed water too far back in the shower so even when I entered at the very back of the shower, the water sprayed on my chest. Now, the shower head is positioned almost straight down so I can step into the shower comfortably.

I used this swivel for a unique situation. The shower arm in my shower was too low, so I had to get creative because I didn't want one of those extension arms that never last. I turned the shower arm to face up, added an extension, and put it between the elbow and the shower head to create a double-swivel that gives me the adjustability I needed to make this work. Adjustment is easy, yet it is firm enough to hold the very heavy shower head in place without moving. installation is extremely easy. The chrome matches the high priced shower head perfectly. Recommended!

This product works Great! I now have much more flex in my shower head and can aim it much better so I don't have to dance around trying to get rinsed off!!! TIP: It comes with two washers. Use one on each end. I tried using only one and the tape (INCLUDED). It leaked (my fault). I then used one washer at each end and it does not leak and works great. I recommend this product wholeheartedly! :)

i thought this is a universal part for any shower head. found out i was wrong threading did not work for what i needed it for.

Easy to install. The tiny roll of Teflon tape was very appreciated and prevented a trip to Home Depot. I did have some leaking initially but I figured out that I needed to have one rubber washer at each end (which are included). The shower head has awesome mobility! Water flow is great and not restricted at all.

Needs instructions about how to loosen the adjusting ball. Product should come loose enough to adjust.

Working well and seems to be built of high quality materials.

good quality, solid metal construction. Works exactly as intended. No leaks or binding at swivel joint. Teflon tape and rubber washer included in package, which is a nice touch!

Just needed to ensure I used enough plumbers’ tape to seal the connection with the main shower outlet. Attached the other end to a waterpik swivel shower head but this added easier maneuvering.
