Q: Are they true to size, or do they run small?

Generally seems correct in size. Perhaps a little on the narrow side

they are rubbery but aren't very flexible. my husband uses these for the dirt sprint car since they are more durable and the Alpine stars (great pedal feel, super thin sole) on the pavement because they don't get abused as much

Q: Would these shoes be good for motorcycle riding? I was searching for motorcycle shoes and these came up.

My husband doesn't recommend these for motorcycle riding as they don't provide the necessary protection. These driving shoes are light weight and fire retardant, better suited for car track driving and not for motorcycle riding.
