Nice bed easy to build
Unfortunately one part of the divan base arrived damaged with a small puncture hole but other than that bed and mattress is is great.

Good value for money. Terrible delivery times.
When the bed eventually arrived it was easy to assemble and looks good. Very pleased with the product. However having paid a delivery charge and picked a date and afternoon delivery the bed never arrived. On contacting amazon they said it was "stuck in fulfilment " . The bed was due on the 11th of the month and finally arrived on the 31st. Customer service were polite and tried to help but seemed to have trouble contacting or getting a response from fulfilment. Don't order if you're in a rush.

Horrible product
The media could not be loaded. Said in the title that it's a Memory Foam Mattress but sent some horrible-looking, ugly, and uncomfortable mattress. The head support thing barely holds in, those wood pieces are very fragile. And to top it off, It took them ages to get it here + they rescheduled last moment. Never buying from here again.
