I got this keyboard as a replacement for a keyboard where 2 keys broke off and couldn't be reattached. I like the programable nature of the back lighting. The keys themselves are backlit, so it is easy to type/game in dim or no light. Each key is individually programmable. I used the feature to highlight the WASD keys for gaming, and the F and J keys for quick positioning while touch typing. While you can't stealth type, the keys don't feel unnatural, and don't produce frequent repeated keystrokes or extra spaces. This was a frequent hazard of my last mechanical keyboard. My only complaint is the not programmable calculator key in the upper right-hand corner. I don't use a desk so accidentally pushing the key (or a cat or dog pushing the key) can be annoying. It can be a problem for some games. A little sliver of the plastic base came up, and off. When using it against bare skin, it can be slightly uncomfortable. However, it isn't enough to detract from my love of this keyboard.

So, I am not a gamer to begin. I am a teacher who happens to love bright colors and clicky-clacky keyboards to type on. I learned from the best-- my 8th grade students. They told me exactly what keyboard to get and I truly love it. It is the best! The colors are bright and it is easy to type on. It has the best click-clack "type" feeling!! I love this keyboard. It makes me want to get my work done because of the feel and sound of the keys are so satisfying!! I highly encourage you to purchase one of these keyboards if you want something like this! Great, solid keyboard!

edited after 1 of 2 failed - The seller contacted me after seeing this review within 48 hours and offered to replace or refund the failed keyboard. The replacement keyboard arrived within the week as promised. I've no issues with this seller. It's very bright and pretty but for you speek typists this requires a big press as mechanical keyboards go so some adjustments to your typing style will be required. Very good keyboard and the prettiest lightshow on the market.

I'm a super picky buyer so I did tons of research before buying this keyboard, but I've been using it all night and have no complaints so far! I love that it has a key pad. The click sound is pretty loud, but personally, I like that! It worked as soon as I plugged it into my mac(desktop)! No damage upon arrival. I think it's great quality for the price.So far, really happy with my purchase. If anything changes, I'll update my review!

this thing is an absolute banger! Got the one with the blue switches. W.A.F. was kinda low on it, so, lubed the switches and stabs with some Super Lube and presto! Instant silent keyboard! Also added some non slip mat material to the inside of the case, and performed the tape mod. sounds awesome now!
