Dupli-Color EBFM03607 Perfect Match Automotive Spray Paint – Ford Dark Shadow Gray, CX – 8 oz. Aerosol Can

This product is perfect match for my 2006 Nissan titan I was very satisfied and definitely 100% recommend this product remember to shake the can well about 3min before use and clean the nozzle after every coat of paint it's fast drying I wait about 15mins before recoating and make sure the paint can is room temperature just look at the picture and see for yourselves!

I bought both the dupli-color black paint and clear coat and I am so happy with the results. I wish I took a before picture, but my back bumper clear coat was entirely full of bubbles and peeling from UV and weather damage so I wanted to refinish the whole thing. After sanding down the entire back bumper, I applied one full can of the black and clear coat which is about 4 layers of paint for full coverage. I waited 10 mins between each coat and let it dry overnight. It looks almost brand new and matches the Toyota black perfectly! The finish is a bit more satin than the professional paint, but honestly I couldn’t ask for any better! I’ve taken it through the car wash twice now and it’s holding up just fine. The cans + extra supplies cost me $60 to get this job done, which is honestly a great deal if you don’t mind putting in the work. 10/10!

I bought several paints to try to get close to Kitchenaid candy apple red. I had a tortilla press I wanted to paint to get as close as possible without taking it to an auto body repair shop. I read a couple of reviews on this so sprayed a little on a piece of plastic and it does indeed look a little pink coming out. It doesn’t dry that way though. Of all the paints I tried, this was the closest one to the Kitchenaid appliances (candy apple red). I am happy with the result. Ignore any “pink” reviews. I put a 2K clear coat over it and it looks great.

EDIT: I got this can to work by soaking it in warm water for ten minutes, and then cleaning out the nozzle with a tiny wire--I stripped the plastic from a baggie tie to get at the tiny wire in it and used that. Now it works well. I keep the can soaking in warm water between coats. I've added one star to bring it up to four stars. You shouldn't need to go through that trouble to get a rattle can to work, but it's not that big a deal, and I do like the paint quality and color match, as well as the spray quality once you get it working. Original review: I bought 2 cans at local auto parts stores, they were perfect--sprayed nicely, got smooth coats that were excellent matches for my white Ram truck (paint code PW7), and the cans sprayed nicely right to the last drops in the can (judging by how light the can was at the end). The 3rd can came from Amazon, and it was a complete fail. I got about 20 seconds of splattery spray from it, then it just shot out globs for another 20 seconds, then it stopped putting out any paint completely. Lots of shaking the can (which feels completely full, ball clangs around in there as it should), cleaned out the nozzle with mineral spirits, nothing helped.

First off, perfect color match. However it’s… “thin” A few extra coats are definitely needed for a nice looking finish. Which is totally possible. Just remember. *Cans may be smaller than they appear in pictures. 😜

Competitively priced. Easy spray application. Purchased for factory color match on Spoiler. Item not fully cured yet. Afterwards I'll C4 + P4 to a matching gloss. Hint: Color code is located on your door jam along with VIN NUMBER etc

I received 3 cans to finish a paint job on my Nissan Cube... This was my 2nd order. The 1st two cans I received were great and worked just fine. These three cans were horrible All three were defective... There was never an even spray, just sputtering ( on all three cans). Never been so disappointed in a product... Spent hours preparing my car only to have bad results... Very disappointed with this product... Update.... They apologized and sent three new cans at no cost...

The color match is very close to a factory color. On my Chevy SSR front grill spear, the Dupli color Torch red is slightly too orange, however acceptable. IMPORTANT, the can is only 8oz. Be sure to get enough product, since you will need several coats depending on the primer color. The can pressure is lower than other product brands. Heat the can to 100deg F, with hot water, to ensure good spray quality and reduce "spitting". Seriously, this is for very small jobs. To get a proper, high-quality finish, use pint/quart size Dupli color paint and clear coat with a LPHV spray gun.

There was no return possible on Amazon. Not even the right color, and impossible to apply an even layer. It shoots drops of paint everywhere despite following all recommendations to prepare the application. Do not recommend.
