Wheel does not turn, cut not straight or accurate
First, you have to loosen the nut on the wheel so it practically falls off before it will turn. The manufacturer must think that dragging an fixed wheel will result in good accurate cuts. 2nd, I tried cutting a few mosaics and the cut was not clean and straight. I reverted to using my 36" manual tile cutter...worked much better. Returned this item.

Lost money. Broken tool
I had a very bad experience with this tool. It arrived torn out of his original packing, loose on the box. It didn’t bring the spare wheel it was supposed to.I was only able to use it once and the next day the whole wheel and screws holding it together fell apart.I spend money on nothing, a useless tool.I demand a replacement

Good for small jobs
You get a pretty good tool for what you pay. I was cutting 1" hexagon tiles for a small kitchen island, approx 30x30" - any tile or area much bigger than that and I think you'd want something more heavy duty.I will say that the rubber part on the bottom got a little chewed up from the tile getting pressed into it.

if you watched an amazing video about scoring and snapping
if you think you are gonna score and snap 1/4 inch tile with these, please put your 9.00 towards a tile saw. if you watched an amazing video about scoring and snapping, cutting curves in 1/4 inch ceramic? ummmm.... nope
