NEW Crystal Ball 50mm Clear (Crystal Balls)

It's bigger than I expected, but smaller than people make it sound. I wouldn't even compare it to a cue ball. Maybe pool ball sizes are less standardized than I think. The ball itself is perfect, there are no imperfections (white swirls and planes inside) like those found in most natural crystal balls I've seen, which makes its appeal somewhat different than other similar items I have around. I have it sitting in front of a small brass buddha with beads around his neck, which makes for a much more entrancing target when I'm meditating. I'm absolutely satisfied. The perfection actually makes it less interesting than the obsidian and crystal balls I already have, but it also is more pleasing to the eye this way. After reading other reviews, I think I'll try some photography with it as well. It may make for some interesting views of the world.

I know they give the size in the description, but it was still a little smaller than I expected. I still gave it 5 stars because that's not their fault I didn't envision millimeters well! It's not quite the size of a cue ball - it's almost exactly the size of a blue racquetball. I use it for photography (see attached) and it works well. Next time I will go larger based on my personal preference. But this product came in perfect condition, no flaws, and I appreciated the little stand. So 5 stars.

I think that this product is pretty nice. They looked super cool and were flawless when I first got them. However, after a few hours of use, they got scratched up and ended up looking more milky then clear (that might also just be me, since I just started contact juggling and I'm not very good). I also dropped them at less than a foot and I think I may have cracked them a little. This means that if you're looking for contact juggling balls and you purchase these, you would need to practice on carpet, since I can only imagine that they would break if you dropped them on hard floor. :'^) Other than that, the size has worked pretty well for me and I feel like they are good for people with smaller hands.

There was no stand included, which is annoying and that's why I rated it so low. Shipping was very fast and the ball itself was great, no flaws at ll. I've just had to improvise to keep it from rolling off the table!

Smaller than I would have wanted, but my error as I didn't pay close attention to the size when I purchased.

Purchased this to use with my camera. Pictures taken through a crystal ball appear upside down to the camera but can be rotated in most software programs. Put a whole new spin on your photography. This size is great to carry in your pocket or camera case. Word of caution though, out in the sunlight it will burn your fingers in a heartbeat. Be sue not to leave it in a room or car in direct sunlight, because it will start a fire.
