In my opinion this is a rookie error from Samsung sending out a monitor that does not meet all the assigned requirements. Troubleshooting doesn't help as this is an internal issue.At the point of writing this review I am still waiting for the monitor to be collected by Samsung courier and its already being 3 days since i raised the issue.
